Job summary

Outwood Academy Bishopsgarth is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to ensure the safe, secure and efficient running of our academy facilities in Stockton-on-Tees. You will lead routine maintenance, oversee cleaning and security, and coordinate with staff to support a productive learning environment.

The role requires strong organisation and people-management skills, with a focus on safety, reliability and continuous improvement in day-to-day operations. Start date is as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and maintenance to ensure a safe, secure learning environment.
• Lead health and safety management and site security procedures.
