School Site Manager

Full time permanent

Salary £31,500 – £35,000

Our client has a vacancy for an experienced School Site Manager to join their Facilities Department.

Purpose of Job:

The School Site Manager is responsible for the site team, general maintenance, redecoration, the cleanliness of the site and refurbishment work to ensure that the teaching facilities, equipment, plant, premises and grounds of the School are maintained at the highest possible state of operational readiness, cleanliness and appearance.

Experience

  • Experience working as a School Site Manager
  • Experience of general maintenance, inspection of school premises and plant equipment
  • Experience of overseeing service contracts
  • Experience of Health and Safety

The Person

  • Ability to attend work outside normal hours to respond to emergency situations
  • Able to drive a minibus/ willing to take the MIDAS test
  • Hold relevant HSE professional qualification e.g. CIOB, NEBOSH, IOSH, ROSPA
  • Strong commitment to Equal Opportunities
