Job description

My client is looking for a Site Manager to work at a School around the Smethwick area. This is a Full-time Temporary Position to start ASAP to work on an ongoing basis and it does have the potential to become Permanent for the right candidate.

You will be expected to work the following hours:

7am-3pm (Monday-Friday)

Candidates should have the following:

• School caretaker/ Site Manager experience, with good maintenance skills and knowledge of Compliance and Health & Safety on a school site
• Key skills would include being organised and reliable, able to use their initiative, and have good time management.
• Hold a current Enhanced DBS and be available to start ASAP
