Tor View School is seeking a Site Maintenance Supervisor to join the site team. The role focuses on looking after buildings and grounds, supervising cleaning staff, and carrying out minor repairs and maintenance to keep the premises safe and well-kept.

You will be responsible for managing stock, acting as a key holder, and ensuring COSHH and health & safety standards are followed, with deep cleaning during school closures.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to keep the school clean.
• Work with the site team to maintain the school buildings and grounds.
• Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance, such as bulbs, door handles and blocked sinks.
• Ensure the heating, lighting and security systems operate effectively.
• Maintain outdoor areas, including pathways, waste disposal, playgrounds and car parks.
• Manage stock levels and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Act as a key holder, securing the premises and responding to emergencies.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including COSHH requirements.
• Support deep cleaning and site maintenance during school closures and holidays.
