Job summary

Summit Learning Trust is seeking a Site Officer based at Pegasus Primary School to support the Senior Site Manager with caretaking and maintenance. The role covers duties across the Trust sites as needed, with some evening events and paid overtime.

A strong safeguarding culture is emphasised, and you may be asked to travel between sites. The ideal candidate will have estates and facilities experience, be able to work flexibly, and demonstrate a good awareness of health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in estates and facilities, ideally within an educational setting.
• Ability to work flexibly, prioritise workload and stay calm under pressure.
• Awareness of health and safety; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Caretaking and site maintenance routines.
• Respond to emergencies relating to the site.
• Support with events and site duties as required.
