Fusion People are seeking two reliable School Caretakers to oversee the school site and act as the friendly face of our service. Based at L32 3XQ, you will be the main link between our company and the school.

Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with two shift options 06:00–14:00 and 10:00–18:00, this temporary role runs until 31 December. Occasional weekend work may be required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service attitude
• Good communication skills
• Able to work safely and follow instructions
• Flexible about shifts including weekends

Responsabilités

• General site management and maintenance
• Porterage, security and reception duties
• Locking/unlocking the school building
• Carrying out site security tours and keeping the building secure
• Managing outside contractors and issuing access permits
• Carrying out planned maintenance including fire alarm testing
