Netherthorpe School is seeking a capable caretaker to join our Site team. Reporting to the Premises Manager, the successful candidate will provide security, lighting, heating, cleaning, maintenance and operation of plant, porterage, grounds maintenance and handy person duties to support site users and community groups.

Qualifications

• Efficient, friendly and self-motivated caretaker with a commitment to safeguarding.
• Experience supporting site services including security, lighting, heating, cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Ability to work as part of the site team reporting to the Premises Manager.
