Overview

We are looking for a School Secretary & Clubs Coordinator to join the busy front office at RGS Prep. This is a full time position working term time plus three weeks.

Do you have previous experience working in a busy school office? Are you highly organised and calm under pressure? Are you someone who is friendly, approachable and works well in a small team?

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the school register is complete morning and afternoon.
  • Answer telephone calls, pass on messages, find and provide answers to questions.
  • Manage the office email inbox.
  • Provide secretarial support to teaching staff as required.
  • Provide first aid when the first aid lead is not available.
  • Manage the school’s co-curricular clubs’ system and liaise with club providers.
