Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust wishes to appoint a part-time School Safeguarding Caseworker Family and Pastoral Support at St James Catholic Primary School on a permanent basis, based on 28 hours per week over five days, 41 weeks per year (term time only plus two weeks).

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers and agencies to support vulnerable pupils, advocate for their welfare, and facilitate multi-agency working to ensure safe educational

Aufgaben

• Work with colleagues, parents/carers and agencies to support vulnerable pupils
• Advocate for pupils, ensure voices are heard and welfare is promoted
• Facilitate multi-agency working to ensure secure educational settings
• Act as first point of contact for safeguarding concerns and make referrals
• Deliver parenting programmes to groups of parents
• Provide a high-quality support service to improve school attendance
