Temp to perm contract

School Receptionist needed immediately to work until end of 2024!

A welcoming community Primary School situated in Westminster are looking for a School Admin Assistant to start ASAP – must have valid DBS, registered on the update service in place.

If you are an experienced School receptionist then please get in touch. Exceptional and personable candidates with administrative experience in other sectors can also be considered for the School receptionist position if a valid DBS is in place.

School Receptionist job summary:

  • Managing security and telecommunications systems.
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
  • Transferring calls as necessary.
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
  • Knowledge of SIMS and ParentPay desirable.
  • Applicants will have first-rate IT skills.
  • Pleasant phone manner and great written communication skills.
  • Experience of working in a dynamic and challenging administrative environment preferred but not essential.
  • Must have valid DBS in place.
