Prospero Teaching is looking for a School Receptionist to join a thriving secondary school in the OL6 area starting immediately after the June half-term. This is a full-time role running until the summer break, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a dynamic educational setting.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcoming students, parents, and visitors with a warm and professional manner
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and queries
  • Supporting school staff with administrative duties
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the front office
  • Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding at all times

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is confident using IT systems (SIMS experience a bonus!)
  • Can stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
  • Is reliable, punctual, and organised
  • Has a valid DBS or is willing to apply for one
