Hours: Full-time (36 hours per week, term time only) or part-time (job share considered)

The role:

Northwood College for Girls is seeking a warm, professional and highly organised Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in welcoming students, parents, staff and visitors, while supporting the smooth running of the school’s daily operations.

Key to the role will be your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to maintain a high level of efficiency, while offering warmth and empathy. You will also need to be able to remain calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and work to tight deadlines. Previous reception or school experience is preferred.

This is a full-time, term time only role, working 36 hours per week. However, we may consider part-time applicants to form a job share.

Northwood College for Girls is an independent, academically selective day school for approximately 880 girls aged 3-18.
