We are seeking a friendly and professional School Receptionist to provide a welcoming front-of-house presence at a well-respected independent school. This role requires strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills to ensure the smooth running of daily operations in a busy school environment.

What you will do:

The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and pupils, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Managing phone calls, emails, and general correspondence efficiently will be key, along with overseeing visitor sign-in procedures to maintain security protocols. The role also involves maintaining an organised reception area, handling administrative tasks such as bookings, supply orders, and logistics, and ensuring that deliveries reach the correct staff members. Additionally, the receptionist will support children arriving by school transport and provide general assistance to senior leadership and administrative teams as needed.
