Harper Green School in England invites applications for a proactive School Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors, handling front desk duties and general administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
The role is fixed term until 31 August 2027, term-time plus 25 days, with standard school hours: 37 hours per week, mainly mornings and early afternoons. You should be computer literate and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated & creative individual to the post of School Receptionist, to join our forward-thinking school that is part of the Leverhulme Academy Trust.
The successful applicant will join the existing experienced and motivated administrative team, supporting with reception duties and administration. Our school is a welcoming and inclusive learning community, with our students at the heart of all that we do. You will need to be computer literate and bring enthusiasm and outstanding interpersonal skills to the position, as you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors to our school.
