Job summary

Outcomes First Group at Bramfield House School in Suffolk is seeking an experienced Psychotherapist to join our clinical team. You will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex communication needs, autism and related learning and emotional needs, applying a holistic therapeutic approach.

You will write reports, work with the on-site clinical team to develop the service, and provide training and support to staff and parents while upholding safeguarding and

Qualifications

• Evidence of recognised professional qualification as Psychotherapist and accreditation with relevant bodies (HCPC/BACP/BABCP/PTUK/NCPC/UKCP).
• Integrative therapist with CBT-informed approach.
• Not newly qualified; 2+ years of experience in relevant setting.
• Experience working with neurodivergence and complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex communication needs, autism and related learning and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with onsite clinical team to develop and enhance clinical service provision.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation in line with professional guidelines.
• Provide support and training to staff and parents.
