Job summary

Egypt Education Platform invites an experienced school leader to head the Senior Leadership Team, guiding whole‑school strategy, academics and operations. You will report to the Director of Education (Egypt) and collaborate with EEP’s central office on quality, accreditation and performance.

You will own strategic planning, lead teaching and learning improvements, and work with marketing/admissions to drive growth while upholding safeguarding and cultural sensitivity across the network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field is required.
• A teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, PGDE or equivalent) is required.
• NPQH or an equivalent senior leadership qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Senior Leadership Team to drive school strategy, academics and operations.
• Report to the Director of Education (Egypt) and collaborate with EEP central office.
• Drive accreditation processes and raise academic quality across the network.
• Work with Marketing and Admissions to deliver growth targets and enrolment plans.
• Ensure safeguarding, policy development and strong school culture.

Description

You will lead the Senior Leadership Team in driving whole-school strategy, academics and operations. You will report to the Director of Education (Egypt) and work closely with EEP’s central office on academic quality, school improvement, accreditation and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Embed the school’s mission, vision and core values in daily practice
• Own and update the 3-year Strategic Improvement Plan
• Set high expectations for student achievement and organisational effectiveness
• Share leadership of teaching and learning improvement across the school
• Develop the policies, processes and controls that underpin academic excellence
• Lead the school’s pursuit and retention of respected international accreditations
• Work with Marketing and Admissions to deliver growth forecasts and admissions targets
• Build a safe, respectful and collegial culture, and resolve concerns from staff, students and parents with cultural sensitivity
• Collaborate with EEP’s central office and fellow school leaders to share practice and raise standards across the network

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field, plus a teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, PGDE, teaching license or equivalent)
• 5 years senior leadership position
• NPQH or an equivalent senior leadership qualification (K-12 administration, superintendency)
• Proven leadership experience in an international school environment
