Job summary

Egypt Education Platform EEP is seeking a Senior School Leader to guide the Senior Leadership Team, drive whole-school strategy, academics and operations, and report to the Director of Education (Egypt). You will collaborate with EEP’s central office on quality, accreditation and network performance.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Education or a relevant field and a teaching qualification.
• 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• NPQH or an equivalent senior leadership qualification (K-12 administration, superintendency).
• Proven leadership experience in an international school environment.

Responsibilities

• Embed the school's mission, vision and core values in daily practice.
• Own and update the 3-year Strategic Improvement Plan.
• Set high expectations for student achievement and organisational effectiveness.
• Share leadership of teaching and learning improvement across the school.
• Develop policies, processes and controls that underpin academic excellence.
• Lead the school's pursuit and retention of international accreditations.
• Work with Marketing and Admissions to deliver growth forecasts and admissions targets.
• Build a safe, respectful and collegial culture, and resolve concerns from staff, students and parents with cultural sensitivity.
• Collaborate with EEP's central office and fellow school leaders to share practice and raise standards across the network.
