Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated School Premises Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a school in Hornsey, North London. The Site Manager will ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the school site while managing support staff.

The role is full-time (shift rota: early/mid/late) with weekend work available.

Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management: Supervise maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and schedule custodial and maintenance staff, promoting a positive work environment and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Maintain records, order supplies, and manage budgets for facilities.
