Excellent opportunity to lead the estates / premises function at a brand-new campus, with real autonomy and the support of a global organisation.

The School is part of a worldwide group of independent schools with a strong reputation for innovation and excellence. With a new, purpose-designed site opening in early 2026, this is a unique chance to take ownership of a facilities role in a dynamic, forward-looking setting. You'll play a key part in shaping the environment for students and staff - while working with the tools, support, and structure of an international organisation.

In this role you will take the lead on the smooth day-to-day running of the school's premises and facilities. From managing contractors and overseeing maintenance to ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, you'll be trusted to create and maintain a safe, efficient, and inspiring environment for all.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in facilities or estates management, a proactive and hands-on attitude, and the confidence to work independently. Strong organisational skills, a solid understanding of premises compliance, and the ability to adapt to a changing campus environment are essential. Experience in an educational or public sector setting is desirable but not required.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role, helping to build a high-functioning site from the ground up within a school that values its staff and their professional growth.

The Role:
Lead the management of the school site, ensuring high standards of safety, maintenance, and presentation.
Take ownership of premises-related Health & Safety, compliance checks, and fire safety systems.
Support school operations, lettings, and events, including occasional evening/weekend work.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, both in-house and via contractors.
Maintain accurate premises records and compliance documentation.

The Person:
Experience in facilities, or estates management
Must have an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety and statutory compliance.
Well-organised and comfortable using premises management systems and Microsoft Office.
Flexible, reliable, and motivated to create a safe and positive environment.
