Job summary

Flying High Partnership is seeking a Personal Care Assistant for the Woodlands Enhanced Provision. You will support pupils with additional needs to access learning, develop independence, and thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, feeding, mobility and toileting, and help pupils engage in classroom activities while working toward EHCP targets within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safeguarding, promoting inclusion and maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and support pupils with EHCP targets.
• Patience, empathy and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, feeding, mobility and toileting.
• Support pupils in the classroom by helping them engage with activities and follow routines.
• Contribute to achieving individual education and care plan (EHCP) targets.
• Maintain boundaries and promote a safe, inclusive learning environment.
