Job Description

As a PE Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the PE department. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Equipment management: Maintaining, preparing, and setting up sports equipment and facilities for lessons and extracurricular activities.
  2. Support for PE Staff: Assisting PE teachers during lessons and events, including setting up and taking down equipment.
  3. Health and Safety: Ensuring all equipment and facilities meet health and safety standards.
  4. Inventory Management: Keeping an accurate inventory of all PE equipment and ordering new supplies as needed.
  5. Administrative Duties: Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with students and parents.
  6. Event coordination: Supporting the organisation and execution of sports events, competitions, and school sports days.
Skills and Qualifications
