The Flying High Academy is a vibrant primary school committed to a warm, inclusive culture where every child can thrive. We are seeking a proactive School Business Lead to drive high-quality administration, financial planning and operational support across the school.

You will lead an enthusiastic administrative team, collaborating with the Headteacher and SLT to ensure efficient office operations, procurement, HR processes and policy compliance, all while safeguarding and promoting wellbeing

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or business operations within a school setting.
• Ability to lead budgets, procurement, HR, and compliance.
• Strong communication with staff, parents, governors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative, financial and support functions to meet current and future school needs.
• Manage and motivate office staff, ensuring high standards and a positive working culture.
• Oversee information systems, processes, data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support the Headteacher and SLT with budget setting, monitoring and reporting.
