Job summary

Wood Field Primary School in London is seeking an Office Supervisor to lead daily administrative operations, act as the main point of contact for staff, parents and visitors, and own whole-school attendance management. You will supervise office staff, coordinate reception during peak times, and work with teachers and senior leaders to keep the school welcoming, safe and well-organised.

You will contribute to a positive school environment by managing attendance trends and supporting punctuality,

About the Role

In this key role, you will take ownership of whole-school attendance management, monitoring daily registers, tracking attendance trends, and implementing proactive strategies to support student punctuality and minimize absence.

Additionally, you will supervise office staff and oversee administrative procedures, collaborating closely with teachers and senior leaders to foster a safe, welcoming, and well-organized school community.
