£35,139 - £42,708 (Full time or term-time plus 4 weeks)


Monday - Friday (37 hours)

Are you a dedicated and organised professional with a passion for creating an exceptional office experience? We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our team and oversee the front office and administration of our school. The ideal candidate will have strong office management experience, ideally within a school or education environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Support the efficient and effective running of the school through various administrative duties.
  2. Act as a personal assistant to the Head of School, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  3. Line manage and performance manage the administration staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  4. Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and HR Manager to provide administrative support for staff recruitment and induction.
  5. Plan, manage, and monitor budgets, maintaining accurate records to support financial planning.
  6. Oversee probationary and performance management processes, ensuring timely reviews.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, staff absence, DBS checks, and safeguarding compliance.
  8. Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, maintaining high standards.
  9. Act on child protection concerns immediately and implement safeguarding policies and procedures.
  10. Fulfil wider professional responsibilities and contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and practices.
  11. Work closely with staff, parents/carers, and students to deliver our strategic vision and ambitious plans for the school.
