A prestigious educational institution in Cheltenham is seeking a skilled College Office Administrator for full-time contract duties. The role involves daily administrative tasks, assisting with school systems, and supporting staff and students. Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and able to work well in a team. Full Time hours - term time + 4 weeks contract: 37 weeks per annum. Reporting to the College Office Team Leader, Cheltenham College seeks to appoint an outstanding Administrator who will work within the school office (College Office).

Salary Band: Grade C - The salary for this role shall be pro-rated to reflect the part-year nature of the role (0.8 FTE).
