Job Title: Part-Time School Office Administrator
Location: Wellbrook School, Hatton, Derby
Hours: Part-Time (2 days per week), 8:00am - 16:00pm
Salary: £21,000 FTE - £8,500 per annum take home - this will be based on 2 days per week, 40 weeks of the year (term-time only + 1 week)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced School Office Administrator to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis.
The School Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the school. Working closely with the Headteacher and staff, the administrator ensures the smooth running of administrative functions while contributing to the overall success of the school.
Strong literacy, numeracy, organisational and IT skills (Microsoft Office essential).
Previous admin experience, ideally in a school or similar setting.
Ability to handle confidential information, manage data, and deal with financial tasks such as handling payments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with staff, parents, and visitors.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise workload under pressure.
Professional, resilient, and committed to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of children and young people.
Desirable: experience with school systems, data analysis, health & safety, and supporting SEND.
