A health organization in Rugby is seeking a School Nursing Healthcare Support Worker to join their Connect for Health team. You'll support children and families by delivering key health programs and promoting well-being in schools. The role requires NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, alongside experience working with children. You must have a full driving license and a vehicle, as this position involves traveling across Warwickshire. This term-time role aims to make a positive impact on young people's health.

We`re looking for a School Nursing Healthcare Support Worker to join our Connect for Health team in Warwickshire - a school nurse-led service supporting children, young people and families to live healthier, happier lives.
You`ll work directly in schools and communities, delivering vital parts of the Healthy Child Programme, including the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) and Health Needs Assessments (HNA). From running classroom sessions to supporting community events, you`ll help young people understand their health, feel heard and stay safe.
You`ll support the Health Champion network, promote health messages, respond to day-to-day enquiries and use IT systems confidently to collect accurate data. Whether working alone or as part of a supportive team, you`ll play a key role in shaping better health outcomes.
You must hold a full driving licence, have access to your own transport and be able to travel across Warwickshire. This role is term time only, meaning you`ll work Warwickshire school terms, taking leave during school holidays. Your working days will be Monday to Thursday.
