An NHS Trust in England is seeking a School Nurse Specialist Practitioner to provide clinical leadership and support to community nursing staff. This role offers exceptional opportunities for professional development and involvement in service improvement. The position offers a competitive salary between £38,682 and £46,580 annually, pro-rated for part-time work.

This School Nurse post is a great opportunity for personal and professional development. You will develop excellent leadership skills in the role as you will be providing clinical leadership support and professional direction to Band 5 Community Staff Nurses and Band 4 Associate Nurses as they work to achieve competency in a range of skills. As a service we are offering a range of development opportunities at Band 7 as we explore different ways of working, as part of a review of the service, so there are great opportunities for career development.
