Job description

This post supports and manages the band 2 roles of the administration team and the National Childhood Measurement Programme, reviewing procedures and auditing information to ensure accurate data and reports.

To provide a high-quality administrative service to the wider Coventry school nursing team.

Be responsible for confidential, accurate, and efficient administrative support using established processes and IT systems to meet monthly reporting deadlines.

Support the wider Coventry school nursing team in co-ordinating care pathways to deliver a high-quality service to service users within the Coventry community.

Meet the administrative demands of the Coventry school nursing team service in a busy office environment.

Take a leadership role for Band 2 (School Nurse Assistants) in delivering the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP), health questionnaires, and administrative tasks.
