Job summary

King's Worcester is seeking reliable Minibus Drivers to join our Transport Team. Based at the Senior School in central Worcester, you will join a pool of drivers, handling set routes before and after school for pupils from Year 3 to Year 13, and contributing to safe, punctual transport.

The role is a zero hours contract, term time only, with potential up to 25 hours per week on a rota, 06:30–09:00 and 17:00–19:00.

Qualifications

• Clean driving licence with category D1.
• Over 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent level of customer service and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive school minibus routes before and after school.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and log faults.
• Ensure pupil safety, seating, and seat belt use.
• Follow safeguarding policies and school transport procedures.
