Job summary

Bede’s Trust, based at the Senior School in Upper Dicker, seeks two temporary Minibus Drivers to join the Transport Team. You will transport pupils to and from school, sports fixtures, airports and trips, while ensuring pupil safety and compliance with school policies.

Applicants should have good communication skills, be organised and confident, and hold a Category D1 licence with a recent eye test. Term-time work, with open mornings and INSET days.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Category D1 driving licence.
• Eye test within the last 3 months.
• Experience driving minibuses and supervising pupils preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport pupils to and from school according to timetable.
• Transport pupils to sporting fixtures, airports, activities and trips.
• Supervise safety and behaviour of pupils on and around vehicles.
• Drive and operate vehicles in line with current legislation and school policies.
