Westonbirt School in Tetbury is seeking a Minibus Driver to transport boarding pupils during evenings and weekends. You will interact with pupils in a positive, safe manner, showing initiative when needed and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth journeys.

The role requires a standard driving license; a D/D1 license is preferred, with training available if not held. Hours vary, with potential overtime, and employment is on a fixed-term 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license required.
• Experience driving minibuses preferred.
• Ability to interact safely with boarding pupils.

Responsibilities

Drivers will need to have a warm and flexible approach, be able to show initiative and work well on their own and as part of a team.A standard driving/car license will be required. The ideal candidate will have a D/D1 license, if not, there is possibility to complete training/gain further qualifications.Hours, Salary & Benefits:Hours will vary depending on demand, falling between 17:30 and 22:00 in the evenings, and day time hours during the weekends.Journeys will be from both Westonbirt School, and from Holford Boarding House, Tetbury.Salary: £13.25 per hour, rising to £14,39 for fully qualified D/D1 drivers.
