Position: School Mental Health Assistant

Full-Time | Term-Time Only

Start Date: September 2025

Sector: Education and Training

Salary: £460-£500 per week

The Role:

* Support students with SEMH challenges, both in and out of class

* Work 1:1 or in small groups to develop emotional regulation and coping strategies

* Collaborate with SENCOs, educational psychologists, and pastoral staff

* Foster a safe and inclusive environment where all students feel understood

* A Psychology or Criminology graduate with a genuine interest in child development, trauma, or behaviour
