Qualifications

• Knowledge of school catering government food standards
• Experience with allergen compliance in educational settings
• School catering background or transferable catering experience
• Valid UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Design fresh, seasonal menus meeting School Food Standards and Food for Life criteria
• Inspire and develop catering teams across 52 schools
• Conduct kitchen audits and provide improvement recommendations
• Run taster sessions and demonstrations to promote school meals
• Upskill school cooks and scale recipes for 200+ portions
• Ensure allergen compliance and portion control standards
• Travel between sites to provide hands-on support
