Lodestone House, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a School Manager in London. This part-time role (32.5 hours per week) leads the whole operation, develops a strong team, delivers for clients, and grows the business.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of management experience, excellent financial acumen, and strong communication and organisational skills. DBS checks and safeguarding commitments apply.

About the role

We're currently recruiting a School Manager to join Lodestone House on a part time basis, contracted to 32.5 hours per week.

You’ll lead the whole operation, developing a great team, delivering for our clients and customers, and growing the business.

Please note: This role is contracted to 43.6 weeks per year

What you’ll do

• Leading teams to keep delivering impeccable food and customer service
• Overseeing all in-unit operations, including stock, budgets and action plans
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front so everyone can excel
• Identifying new service concepts to drive sales
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across all teams

Our ideal School Manager will:

• Have a minimum of two years of management experience within a similar sector or industry
