Are you ready to make a real impact in an amazing team? We're looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to provide excellent administrative support to our senior staff members.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage Priorities: Handle and prioritize correspondence and diary management.
  • Organize Efficiently: Schedule and coordinate meetings seamlessly.
  • Support Operations: Assist in the smooth running of School operations.
  • Meet Deadlines: Ensure senior staff meet key School/University deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
  • Team Leader: To provide direct line management to designated administrative staff within the School. Collaborate with colleagues to review and improve systems and processes.
  • Innovator: Share and implement best practices across the School.
