Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting maintenance professionals to support school site teams on a temporary basis across multiple schools in the area. Roles include full-time and part-time shifts, with potential move to a permanent contract.

Candidates must be able to start immediately and be flexible with hours, including split shifts. Responsibilities include general maintenance, litter picking, odd jobs, opening/closing buildings, and alarm setup.

Qualifications

• Must be able to start immediately.
• Flexible with working hours and patterns (including split shifts).
• Enhanced DBS required; processed by Aspire People at £47.20 unless already on Update Service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and litter picking.
• Complete odd jobs as directed by supervisor.
• Open and close the school building.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks safely.
• Set and manage alarms.
