Job summary

Higham Ferrers Nursery and Infant School is seeking a dedicated Midday Supervisor to join the lunch team on a permanent basis. You will supervise pupils at lunch, support the team, and help uphold a caring, safe environment.

Training will be provided, and you will contribute to the school’s positive ethos. The role is a part-time, permanent position working 11:45am–1:15pm, Monday to Friday, 38 weeks per year, with a pro rata annual salary of £25,614 (hourly equivalent £13.28).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during the lunch period (11:45am–1:15pm).
• Ensure the safety, wellbeing and good conduct of pupils.
• Maintain confidentiality of pupils and staff information.
• Work as part of the lunch team and support the wider school aims.
• Attend training as appropriate for duties and responsibilities.
