Job summary

Protocol Education Limited in Greenford is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to support pupils during lunch break, both in the dining hall and outdoors. This role fits around the school day with two hours per day, five days a week, starting November 2026.

You will help promote safe play, encourage good manners, build quick relationships with children, and respond calmly to any playground issues, making lunch times safe and enjoyable for pupils.

Qualifications

• Enjoys working with primary-aged children (must enjoy)
• Brings a calm, patient approach to supervision
• Able to build quick, positive relationships with children
• Reliable and ready to start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Supervising pupils during lunch in the hall and outside
• Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners
• Supporting safe play and resolving playground disagreements
• Helping children feel included and confident
