The Management Degree Apprenticeship lasts five years, offering a structured training programme that leads to valuable qualifications, including a Level 3 Apprenticeship (Hospitality Supervisor), a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management and Retail from university, and Chartered Manager status with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
As an apprentice, you'll work in various roles, including kitchen, front counter, and drive-thru, and will learn to make management decisions, handle rotas and recruitment, and monitor budgets.
From Year 2, you'll spend three to four days on campus at university completing modules aligned with the McDonald's management curriculum.
You will gain practical experience, progress through management roles, participate in business decision-making, and potentially manage your own restaurant.

This programme is only available in England.
The role is full-time with shift work. Applicants need 104–112 UCAS points (equivalent to BCC–BBC at A level) or equivalent qualifications, and GCSE grade C (4) in English and Maths. Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths are also accepted.
