Sodexo is recruiting a General Kitchen Assistant/Transport Driver for Ebbsfleet Green Primary School in Swanscombe, Kent. The role is 20 hours per week, term-time only (38 weeks), with a fixed hourly rate of £12.71 and a guaranteed schedule of Monday to Friday, 10:00am–2:00pm.

You will drive a company van to transport food and equipment between Ebbsfleet and Bean Primary School, work alongside a fellow assistant, and return all items at day’s end. Full training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a valid driving licence.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Good organisation and attention to detail are important.
• Previous catering or food service experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
• Maintain clean, safe and hygienic kitchen and dining areas.
• Replenish food displays and service counters as required.
• Support deliveries and store supplies appropriately.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
• Provide a friendly and helpful service to customers, colleagues or visitors.
