Job summary

Impact Food Group is recruiting a Catering Supervisor to support the Chef Manager in the day-to-day running of the kitchen at Fullbrook School, New Haw, KT15 3HN. You will lead a team, supervise a kitchen section, and help deliver high-quality, hygienic school meals during term time.

Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am–2:30pm (35 hours), 37 weeks per year, with a salary of £18,655 per annum. Benefits include a free meal on shift, ongoing training, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or retail is desirable.
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive, team-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a school catering environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a section of the kitchen and support the Chef Manager.
• Lead and motivate team members during service.
• Deliver a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers.
• Assist with food preparation and snacks.
• Provide counter service and operate the till.
