Job summary

Responsibilities

• Organise and participate in a multi-choice traditional or cash-cafeteria catering service.
• Direct involvement in production, ordering provisions, cash collection and banking of Highland Council monies.
• Ensure smooth and efficient running of catering services in compliance with the School Health Promotion and Nutrition (Scotland) Act 2007.
