Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support catering staff to ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Assist with the preparation, cooking and service of meals in line with menus and standards.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety at all times.
• Monitor portion control, food quality and service standards to deliver a positive dining experience.
• Support stock control processes, including ordering, receiving and storing food and catering supplies.
• Help organise daily kitchen operations to ensure meals are prepared and served efficiently.
