Job description

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant who will be the heart of our operation for Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week. You'll join a team that takes pride in their work, their food, their brand, and most importantly, their people. Shift Pattern:
  • Mon: Full-time (Days)
  • Tues: Full-time (Days)
  • Weds: Full-time (Days)
  • Fri: Full-time (Days)
  • Sat: (Shift details not specified)

Please note: This role is contracted for 43 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing high-quality, delicious food to delight clients and customers
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
  • Using machinery and equipment correctly and safely
  • Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries and supply vehicles
  • Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
