Job summary

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook and serve food and beverages to the required standard.
• Follow menu plans and recipes.
• Assist Catering Manager with menu plans as required.
• Occasionally assist with special functions beyond normal hours.
• Carry out cleaning duties within kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow sound hygiene practices and compliance.
• Assist in ordering, issuing and recording catering supplies.
• Assist with operation of control procedures.
• Attend regular meetings with the Catering team.
