Job description

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to be a key part of our team at Chartwells, working part-time for 10 hours per week. Join a team that takes pride in their food, their brand, and most importantly, their people. Shift patterns will be provided; please note this role is contracted for 43 weeks per year.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights our clients and customers
  • Maintaining cleanliness standards in the kitchen and surrounding areas
  • Using machinery and equipment correctly and safely
  • Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries and supply vehicles
  • Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Following Health & Safety regulations
