Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to be a key part of our team at Chartwells. This is a part-time position, contracted for 17.5 hours per week. Please note: This role is contracted for 44 weeks per year.

• Preparing high-quality, delicious food to delight clients and customers
• Maintaining cleanliness standards in the kitchen and surrounding areas
• Using all machinery and equipment correctly and safely
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries and supply vehicles
• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
• Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Following Health & Safety regulations
• Managing pressure, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively at all levels
• Being an excellent team player with a committed and organized approach
• Having a desire to succeed and demonstrating reliability and punctuality
• Flexibility to work shifts and adapt as needed
