Job description

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to be a key part of our team for Chartwells, working part-time contracted to 25 hours per week. Join a team that takes pride in their food, brand, and most importantly, their people. Shift patterns typically include 5 out of 7 days. Please note: This role is contracted for 43 weeks per year.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
• Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
• Ensuring proper use of all machinery and equipment
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Following Health & Safety regulations
