We're seeking a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to be a vital part of our team at Chartwells, working part-time for 28.5 hours per week. You will work with a dedicated team that takes pride in their food, brand, and most importantly, their people. Shift Pattern
  • Monday to Friday: Full-time (Days)
  • Saturday and Sunday: Flexible/Shifts as scheduled

This role is contracted for 43 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing high-quality, delicious food to delight our clients and customers
  • Maintaining cleanliness standards in the kitchen and surrounding areas
  • Using all machinery and equipment correctly and safely
  • Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries and supplies
  • Representing Chartwells positively and maintaining our brand image
  • Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
Ideal Candidate
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively
  • Excellent team player with a committed and organized approach
  • Desire to succeed and demonstrate reliability and punctuality
  • Flexible to work shifts as needed
